  1. Relieves constipation issues:- People having problems of upset stomach and constipation are suggested to consume mineral water regularly as the mineral water contains all the necessary minerals which improve the working and functionality of the gallbladder.
  1. Strengthens bones:- Mineral water contains calcium which is the main component required for strengthening bones in the body. No doubt regular exercise and diets having calcium, magnesium, etc., helps a lot in improving the bones condition, but regular intake of mineral water also contributes equally to strengthening bones.
